Welcome to our online store.
Our brick and mortar store and commercial kitchen is located in Bruce, WI, right off Hwy 8.
Many of you may already be familiar with us through Sam's books, but we also offer a variety of other products. We own and operate a no-spray orchard at our home where we grow multiple varieties of apples, highbush cranberries, nannyberries, wild plums, elderberries, and aronia. In our commercial kitchen we make several different jams/jellies, apple spread, hickory nut oil, and acorn oil from the things we grow and wild harvest.
Whenever possible, we reuse packing materials to ship our orders out. These reused materials come from our home, friends, and other businesses. Not only does this help keep costs down, it's just the right thing to do.
