We own a 20-acre sugarbush, our claim to fame being "the highest elevation sugar-bush in Wisconsin" where we tap about 725 trees in traditional fashion: our sap is hauled in buckets and boiled down over a wood fire. Like most of the maple syrup made, ours is non-certified organic. All of our maple syrup is in glass bottles.
We do not ship out 1/2 gallon or gallon jugs of syrup due to them being bottled in glass and having had problems with them breaking in transit.
